Hip & Knee Surgery
Before Surgery
Pre-habilitation
Prehabilitation (prehab) before joint surgery helps build strength, improve flexibility, and optimize mobility for a smoother recovery and better surgical outcomes. By preparing your body before surgery, you can reduce pain, regain movement faster, and enhance overall function. A strong foundation leads to a stronger, more confident recovery—because the work you do before surgery makes all the difference after.
After Surgery
Post Surgical Home Visit
I come to your home during that critical first week to provide expert guidance on movement, pain management, and recovery strategies, ensuring the best possible outcome. By addressing mobility challenges early and teaching you what to do—and what to avoid—I help set the foundation for a smoother, more effective rehabilitation process.
*If you have received a referral from Providence Orthopedics, there is no need to reach out to me. I have already received your information and will contact you 1 week prior to your surgery
General Physical Therapy
Joint pain
Joint pain can limit mobility and affect daily life, but physical therapy offers a safe and effective way to reduce discomfort and restore function. My approach focuses on strengthening surrounding muscles, improving flexibility, and optimizing movement patterns to relieve pain and prevent further strain. Through personalized treatment, I help patients move with less pain and more strength.

Balance & Falls
Falls can be life-changing, but the right physical therapy can help reduce risk and rebuild strength. My fall prevention program focuses on improving balance, strength, and coordination to enhance stability and prevent future falls.
Through targeted exercises and movement training, I help patients regain confidence, independence, and safety in their daily lives.
